Case Study — Collaboration / SaaS
RetroBridge
RetroBridge is a collaborative team retrospectives platform that started as the tool we built for our own retros — and grew into a public product.
It's the most honest kind of proof we have: software built because we wanted to use it, shipped publicly because it held up.

The Challenge
Retrospective tools often feel bolted on — slow boards, poor real-time collaboration, and workflows that don't match how teams actually run retros.
The Solution
We built RetroBridge for real-time collaborative boards, discussion, voting, and session insights — and use it ourselves every sprint.
The Outcome
RetroBridge is live at retro.meritt.app — maintained and operated by Meritt as a public SaaS product.
